The Effect of Intermittent Fasting and Exercise on Some Physiological Parameters

Background: In this study, the effect of recently popular intermittent fasting on weight loss and role exercise combined with some physiological parameters were investigated. Aim: This study was conducted to investigate alone parameters. Methods: A total 36 healthy individuals between 20 24 years age, including 18 in experimental group (exercising) control (non-exercising), who assigned by random selection method, participated study. The exercised minutes a day, 5 days week, along for 30 days. On other hand, did not during period. Results: When within-group pre-test post-test parameter values compared, significant difference found all (p<0.05). Similarly, (p<0.05) too, exception body mass index fluid ratio. statistically two groups terms mean differences (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Based findings, it could be concluded that is an effective method losing reducing fat adding low-intensity routine ensures more reduction. Hence, starving certain period time has favorable parameters, practice exercising addition dieting further improves these values. Keywords: Intermittent fasting, Exercise, Health
